Designed and established HR function for the Aeroquip Group (now Eaton), with Aerospace, Automotive and Industrial Connectors Divisions in 7 European countries. Instrumental in management renewal and organizational change, building basic and advanced HR systems as well as TQM and quality measurement processes. Additional focus on international compensation and benefit programs since 1993. Designed and implemented compensation systems to support team work in cellular manufacturing environment, as well as advanced working time and skills matrix systems supporting strategies to empower employees. Designed and implemented network based, international, human resource database program.
Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation), Germany, 1985 – 1987

Established local HR function in this subsidiary of Rockwell Automation for Industrial Controls and Automation systems. Increased manpower capacity in software engineering, sales and sales support. Staffed new business units such as Local Area Networks, Industrial Computers and Machine Vision Systems. Took an active role in the renewal of Manufacturing and QA management.

Built the HR function for Western Europe and Central/Eastern Europe to cover three countries in the West and nine countries in Central/Eastern Europe and Asia. Leading role in implementing human resource action and succession planning for top management and professional staff, providing effective and timely support to strategic re-franchising projects. Interfaced with company owned, as well as franchised operations, initiating and completing management renewal processes. Provided HR start up support to new businesses such as Pizza Hut and Wilson Sporting Goods.

Resource planning, compensation and incentive accounting, management of advertising materials and inventory for 200 sales employees in field and key account roles. Developed initial IT-supported systems for bonus accounting, travel expense, and inventory control.
