Modern information and communication technologies play an increasingly important role in the provision of consulting and other services. Therefore, I take the protection of your privacy and any personal data you may provide to me very seriously. For what purposes do we collect and process personal data?

Personal data is collected and processed exclusively within the framework of an existing contractual relationship for consulting and services, which regulates the mutual obligations for the protection of personal data and data security.

If you make use of consulting and other services, we generally only collect data that I need to provide the services. If I ask you for further data, this is voluntary information. Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of providing the requested service and for the protection of our own legitimate business interests.

I will only pass on your personal data to third parties to the extent that this is absolutely necessary to provide the requested service. Beyond that, I will not disclose, transfer, sell, or otherwise market your personal data to other companies or institutions without your express consent. This does not apply if I am obliged to disclose and transfer the data by law or by court order.

Personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union unless there is a Safe Harbor Privacy Policy that meets the requirements of German and European data protection regulations in accordance with the attached template or in an equivalent form.
